I just home-brewed some fresh chamomile tea. I haven’t had chamomile in awhile. No real reason, honestly. But now I am remembering why I used to adore it.

I’m a very sensual person- right now my olfactory and oral senses are positively overrun with pleasure and relaxation. I also used to sweeten my tea a fair amount, but now that I’m diabetic, I’ve merely added a teeny amount of substitute sweetener. Now I am focusing more on the amazingness of the chamomile. Ahh.

It truly is an amazing herb and makes a wonderful tea. Methinks I’m going to have it once daily, at least, for my health, and for my pleasure.
